Up to 50% Off Everything

This Black Friday, we are offering discounts ranging from 10% to 50% on all items. Our products will be clearly marked with the discount percentage and the new price versus the original retail price. Items purchased outside of our Black Friday promotion period will not be eligible for the discounts included in this promotion.

Free Items in Orders

This Black Friday, we have exciting freebies available on the 24th and 27th with orders. Refer to our Black Friday plan for details on the items. To qualify for these free items, you must make a purchase on the specified dates, spending a minimum of £50 on our website. Availability of free items is limited, and the item will be added to your cart once you meet the qualifying amount. Once the stock runs out, the free items will no longer appear in your cart, even if you spend £50 or more.

The Black Card

This year, every order made between 21st November and 1st December will include our exclusive Black Card, which entitles you to an extra 20% discount beginning 5th December. The Black Card is our way of giving back and providing even more savings beyond Black Friday.

Discount Codes

Unfortunately, discount codes will not be redeemable in conjunction with the Black Friday offer.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm GMT will be processed for courier collection the same day. Due to the nature of Black Friday, orders may be collected by the courier on the same or next working day. Transit times may vary during this busy period, so please check your tracking before contacting our support team.

Customer Support

In preparation for Black Friday, we have grown our customer support team and will have agents answering queries on evenings and weekends in addition to our usual availability. We will endeavour to answer your queries as quickly as possible but please allow up to 48 hours for response. Kindly avoid sending multiple emails as it will push you to the back of the queue. Please note that we will not be available for contact on social media DMs

Every year we have extended our returns policy to cover unwanted Christmas gifting, allowing you to feel comfortable placing your order.
