How do I combine returns?Updated 2 months ago

In order to help reduce emissions and return costs, we allow our customers to combine returns from multiple purchases into one parcel

- Process one of your returns using the "drop of method" and pay the required returns fee

- Process any remaining returns using the "ship it yourself ' method

- Combine all items into one parcel including a letter with all necessary order numbers and your full name 

- Attach the shipping label provided or scan the QR code at your local depot
