Here's a step-by-step guide.
Struggling to use our returns portal? Here's a step-by-step guide:
1. Head to https://returns.reveni.io/p-co
2. Select your "store". For orders placed in the UK this will be "P&Co"
3. Input your order no. including the hashtag. (This can be found in your confirmation email or on the packing slip included in your parcel)
4. Enter the email address used to place your order
5. Select which items you want to return
6. Select if you would like to exchange or refund your item(s)
7. Let us know the reason for the return (this helps us understand where we can improve!)
8. Chose your refund method
9. Complete your request
10. Follow the instructions sent to you by, our returns partner, Reveni on how to send us your return
Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, you will need to fill in a Returns Form
