Need to return an item purchased In-store? 
No problem! We offer a 30-day return period for all in-store purchases. Just make sure you bring your receipt along, as we can't process returns without it. To be eligible for an in-store return, please remember to retain your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without proof of purchase.

Want to return an online order In-store? 
Absolutely! Your 45-day return window still applies. Just pop into one of our stores, and we'll process a full refund straight back to your original payment method.

Looking to exchange an online order In-store? 
While we can't directly exchange online purchases in-store, we can issue you a gift card for the item's full value. This way, you can grab what you really want right away from our available stock in store! 

Can I use my P&Co Loyalty points In-store? 
You sure can! Your loyalty points are valid for both in-store and online purchases. Plus, you'll earn points every time you shop with us in-store as well as online. 

Do you offer physical gift cards In-store?
Currently, we don't offer physical gift cards in store. However, you can easily purchase a P&Co gift card online through our website. These digital gift cards can then be used seamlessly for any purchase, whether you're shopping with us in-store or on our web store.

Stock Availability - Online vs In-store
We know you might spot something online and want to grab it in person! While we aim for a seamless experience, stock levels can vary between our website and in store. 
Our online and in-store stock levels can differ. What's available online reflects our central inventory, while in-store stock changes rapidly due to sales, new arrivals, and processing times.

OPENING TIMES:

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 11am-7pm

SATURDAY: 10am-7pm

SUNDAY: 12pm-6pm
