Order Editing & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after placing an order. To provide greater flexibility, we now offer a limited window during which customers may edit or cancel their order directly through the Order Status Page or Thank You Page after checkout.

What Can Be Edited

During the permitted editing window, customers may be able to:

Change the delivery address
Add or remove items from the order
Adjust quantities
Apply eligible discount codes
Cancel the order
More

Availability of editing features may vary depending on the order status, products purchased, and fulfilment processing times.

Editing Time Window

Orders may only be edited or cancelled within the time period displayed on the Order Status Page or Thank You Page. Once this editing window has expired, the order will automatically enter processing and no further changes can be guaranteed.

Order Processing

Our fulfilment process begins shortly after an order is placed. Once an order has entered processing, packed status, or has been dispatched, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at checkout. While address changes may be possible during the editing window, we cannot guarantee amendments once order processing has begun.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled within the permitted cancellation window will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with standard banking processing times.

If the cancellation window has expired, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must instead follow our standard Returns Policy once delivered.

Right to Refuse Changes

We reserve the right to refuse order edits, amendments, or cancellations where:

• the order has already entered fulfilment;
• the requested changes are not technically possible;
• fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified; or
• stock availability has changed.
