From time to time we offer discount codes or promotions, these may be communicated via our email newsletters or on our various social media accounts.

Only one discount code can be used per order, and can't be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Please note we are unable to add any items to your order once this has been placed, so please check you've met the conditions of the promotion before you checkout.

Automatic Discounts

Where a promotional offer is automatically applied at checkout, customers must meet all conditions of the promotion for the discount to be applied. For example, in a buy 2 get 1 free t-shirt offer, customers must add all 3 t-shirts to their cart for the automatic discount to apply and remove the cost of 1 t-shirt. 

Discount Codes

Where a promotional offer requires a manual discount code to be entered (which will be supplied either on the website or in marketing materials) customers are required to enter this code at checkout to be eligible for the promotion in question.

Free Product offers

In instances where we offer a free product, the item must be added to the cart before checkout.
Promotional offers cannot be retrospectively honoured in instances where customers fail to meet the conditions of a promotion or do not apply manual discount codes at checkout. 

Additional Info

Any orders that are made outside of the promotional period, either before or after any offer is live, will not be eligible for retrospective discounts based on the promotion in question.

We reserve the right to withdraw promotion/discount codes at anytime without prior notice.

Returns on promotional offers

All products in an offer (for example, buy 2 T-Shirts, get 1 free) must be returned together to be valid for a full refund. 

If only part of the order from the offer is returned, the refund would be calculated accordingly.
