Customs & Duties

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

As an international customer, you are responsible for paying any import fees required by your country's government. These charges vary significantly based on your region and the total value of your order.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. They are applied by your local customs office. Once your package is processed, the customs office or the shipping carrier will contact you directly to request payment. Your order will not be released for delivery until these fees are paid.

For the most accurate estimate, we advise contacting your local customs office or using an online import duty calculator for your country.

*Orders below the de-minimus threshold value will not incur duties or taxes. If the de-minimus value is exceeded, these will be calculated at checkout 

**European countries outside of the EU may be subject to duties and taxes 

Returns

Unwanted or unsuitable items must be returned to our UK warehouse at the cost of the customer 

To keep costs as low as possible we have introduced a paid for returns label for our customers based in the UK, US & Canada and are looking into similar solutions for other international territories
