Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund. Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, you will need to fill in a Returns Form (See below). Return costsPlease be advised that any cost to return your goods must be covered by the customer. We now offer &#xA3;3.50 returns for UK customers with Royal Mail, $28 USD returns for US customers &amp; $35 CAD for Canadian customers with FedEx- and are looking into similar solutions for other international territories. We would advise that all customers opt for a tracked method of return as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
