How to return a product

If you would like to return your order, please access our return portal here.

We have a separate portal for each of our stores, so if your details are not working, please try our other portal through the drop-down selector.


We now offer a 45-day return policy. We have opted for this to ensure our international customers have time to return their goods but keep emissions down with unnecessary & excessive returns.


Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.


Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, you will need to fill in a Returns Form (See below).


Return costs

Please be advised that any cost to return your goods must be covered by the customer. We now offer £3 returns for UK customers with Royal Mail, and $25 USD returns for US customers with FedEx- and are looking into similar solutions for other international territories.



Faulty or damaged goods

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please reach out to our team via our Contact Form before processing your return, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Instant Options Explained

  1. For our UK & EU customers, we now offer instant refunds. This means that you will be refunded as soon as your request is processed, rather than having to wait for the goods to arrive and be processed.
  2. If your item is the incorrect size, we also offer instant exchanges for UK & EU customers. Your new item will be sent out straight away before you send off your unwanted item, so you won’t have to wait to get the right item. Please note, that we currently do not offer exchanges for other items, only sizes.
  3. We are working on introducing instant options for the US and other international territories.


Can I return a gift card?

1. Our returns address is: P&Co Clothing Returns Department, FedEx Cross Border, Anton House, Christy Way, Basildon, Essex, SS15 6TR, UK.

2. Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

3. Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 45-day returns policy as normal.

4. Items purchased as part of an offer, for instance, “buy 2 get 1 free” or “buy 3 or more t-shirts to get 25% off” must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund.

5. Refunds for items purchased through a Gift Card will be processed back to the gift card code to be used again.

6. Items purchased from our warehouse sample sales are non-refundable.

7. All P&Co Custom orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of the product as it has been made to order.
